What happens if I already have an existing Ring Protect subscription during the Astro Secure Trial?
You will continue your existing plan payments, but will enjoy the benefits of Astro Secure and Protect Pro during your trial period.
Will I automatically be charged when my trials of Astro Secure and Ring Protect Pro end?
No, you will not be charged after the trial ends. If you are an existing Ring Protect subscriber you will continue your existing plan payments during and after your trial period ends. If you are not already a Ring Protect Pro subscriber, you will need to subscribe to Ring Protect Pro before subscribing to Astro Secure. How does Astro for Business work with Virtual Security Guard?
With a Virtual Security Guard subscription (sold separately), Rapid Response guards can respond when Astro detects an unrecognized person, the sound of breaking glass, the sound of smoke/CO alarms, or a Ring Alarm sensor event. Guards can then initiate Astro’s Live View and navigate the device using remote control to investigate, and call emergency services if needed. What is included in the Ring Protect Pro Subscription?
The Ring Protect Pro subscription is available to purchase without Astro Secure. A Ring Protect Pro subscription enables Astro for Business to sync security modes with Ring Alarm (sold separately) and access Ring video history for up to 180 days. To purchase an Astro Secure subscription you must first purchase a Ring Protect Pro subscription.
