A note for Ring Protect Pro subscribers

If you are subscribed to Ring Protect Pro at the time of November 5, 2024, your subscription will change to Ring Home Standard with Alarm Professional Monitoring.¹ Your plan will no longer include 24/7 Backup Internet³, eero Secure³ and Ring Edge (Local Video Storage)³ – which all require a Ring Alarm Pro device.

If you do not have a Ring Alarm or Ring Alarm Pro device, your plan will also no longer include SOS Emergency Response⁴.

However, existing Ring Protect Pro subscribers at the time of November 5, 2024 will receive a one-year trial of Premium that includes the applicable features above. To keep these features at the end of your one-year trial, you can change your Ring Home subscription to the Ring Home Premium Plan, with the Alarm Professional Monitoring add-on.

How new subscribers can add Alarm Professional Monitoring (on or after November 5, 2024)

For new customers that have Ring Alarm or Ring Alarm Pro, you can add Alarm Professional Monitoring¹ to an eligible Ring Home Plan for $10/month or $100/year.

Current features and more

Other than the feature changes mentioned above, you’ll still have access to the features you use in the Ring app, your account at Ring.com, and with your Alexa Routines. We’ll also be adding new and advanced features to each plan, starting November 5, 2024.
