Important Plan Update to Ring Protect Pro for Astro

Important: Ring Protect subscriptions are becoming Ring Home subscriptions starting November 5, 2024, and that includes Ring Protect Pro for Astro.

If you are subscribed to Ring Protect Pro and own an Astro device, on November 5, 2024 your subscription name will change to Ring Home Standard with Alarm Professional Monitoring.

As part of this update, your subscription will no longer include Autonomous Patrols, Disarm by Voice, and Detected Event Investigation. These features will still be available, but will be housed under the new Ring Home Premium Plan.

Existing Ring Protect Pro for Astro subscribers will receive a one-year trial of the Premium Plan. The trial will begin automatically with no action required.

Autonomous Patrols: Intelligent motion technology allows Astro to navigate autonomously and safely, avoiding obstacles to monitor and record the home.

Disarm by Voice: Easily disarm Astro with your voice by saying "Astro, turn off home monitoring".

Detected Event Investigation: Send Astro to investigate events like smoke or sounds, ex. glass breaking or alarms sounding.

How to subscribe to Ring Home Premium

Ring Home Plans can be set up as annual or monthly bills.

   Plan.
4. Select

   Upgrade your Plan.

You can upgrade or change your subscription for any reason. Once purchased, your subscription will automatically renew and continue until you choose to cancel it, which you can do for any reason from your account on Ring.com.
