How to Chat with Ring Customer Support

Our Customer Support Team is available to chat during business hours Monday to Sunday 6 AM MT to 10 PM MT (US).

How Chat Works

  1. Tap the chat bubble on the bottom of your screen on Ring.com.
  2. Select a common support topic, or write a custom message or question.
  3. You'll be guided through support, or shown relevant Ring Help articles.
  4. If the recommended articles were not helpful, we'll give you options how to contact Ring Customer Support.
  5. Tap
    Chat
    from the contact support options.
  6. Enter your email address and select from the list of available support topics.
    • To enter a custom support topic, click
      Something Else
      and write a custom topic.
  7. You may be asked to provide more detail by selecting available options from a dropdown menu.
  8. Click
    Submit
    to begin support chat.

Note: Device setup and troubleshooting are not available on live chats with Ring associates. For additional troubleshooting or setup assistance, please search support articles at Ring Help or call to speak to one of our Ring Customer Support associates.

  6. Tap the

    button to open Chat.
