- Only theRing Account Ownercan receive an insurance certificate.
- Insurance certificates are only available toRing Alarm users who have added on Alarm Professional Monitoring1(separate purchase required)to theirsubscription.
- If at any time you unenroll from professional monitoring1and/or unsubscribe from Ring Home Standard or Premium,the certificate will be voidand you may lose the insurance discount.
How to get your insurance certificate
To get your insurance certificate using the Ring app:
- Open the app and tap on themenu (≡).
- TapSettings.
- TapMonitoring.
- TapInsurance Certificate.
- TapSend Certificate.You will receive the certificate via email.
- Present the certificate to your insurance provider and ask about your eligibility for a policy discount.
To get your insurance certificate on Ring.com:
- Log into your account at
- ClickSettingsfrom the menu.
- ClickMonitoring. (Note: It must say “Professional” or “Practice.”)
- ClickInsurance Certificate.
- SelectSend Email.
