Get 24/7 emergency response for your eligible devices with Smoke & CO Pro Monitoring.¹

Ring's Smoke & CO Professional Monitoring provides round-the-clock monitoring for your eligible smoke and carbon monoxide (CO) devices. When smoke or CO is detected, trained agents can request emergency fire services to be dispatched on your behalf.

Smoke & CO Pro Monitoring can be purchased stand-alone (covering compatible smoke & CO devices listed below), and it is included with Ring AI Pro and Virtual Security Guard subscriptions.

Eligibility

To subscribe to Smoke & CO Pro Monitoring, you need one or more of the following:

• A

  Kidde Smart Smoke Alarm

  or

  Smart

  Smoke and CO Alarm

  device
• A Ring Alarm system with a Ring Alarm Smoke & CO Listener
• A compatible First Alert Smoke & CO detector paired with a Ring Alarm system

How to subscribe

You can purchase Smoke & CO Pro Monitoring by selecting Plan from the header or your dashboard on ring.com.

1. Go to ring.com and sign in to your account.
2. Click the

   Plan

   tab from the top menu.
3. Click

   Subscribe

   from the Plan page.
   • If you have multiple locations, first select the location you want to sign up for Smoke & CO Pro Monitoring from the list of locations on the left.
   • If you already have an active subscription, click

     Upgrade

     on the Plan page instead of Subscribe to add a plan.
4. Add your Smoke & CO Pro Monitoring plan.
   • Select monthly or yearly billing.

What the Smoke & CO Pro Monitoring plan covers

• 60 days of smoke and CO event history
• 24

  /7

  Professional monitoring for smoke and carbon monoxide events
• Phone call notifications from professional monitoring agents when smoke or CO is detected
• Automatic request for fire service dispatch when smoke or CO is detected

Managing your plan

To manage your Smoke & CO Pro Monitoring subscription:

1. Open the Ring app.
2. Select

   Plan

   in the main menu.
3. If you have multiple locations, select the Location that's subscribed to Smoke & CO Pro Monitoring.
4. From here you can:

• Update your payment method
• Cancel your plan (immediately or at the end of your billing cycle)

Please note that Smoke & CO Pro Monitoring is not available to customers with an active legacy plan (including Plus 1st Gen), as those plans already include 24, which covers Smoke & CO Pro Monitoring.
