How to download the Neighbors app

Neighbors is currently available in the US as an iOS, Android and FireOS app. Neighbors is also available in the Ring app on iOS and Android in the US. Existing account holders will have access to the Neighbors web app.

Ring.com and Neighbors account holders can also enjoy Neighbors on desktop and mobile browsers. After you have created an account through the mobile app, you can access the Neighbors web app on a desktop or mobile browser. Go to Ring.com or directly to Neighbors to sign in. The Neighbors web app has limited functionality, but users can still get important shared post and information through their local feed and map.  

How to use the Neighbors app

With the Neighbors app, you can easily share and communicate with your community about moments, events and issues around your neighborhood.

The Neighbors app uses your address to create a radius around your home. When posting or commenting on Neighbors, your real identity is not published but the post is made public to other users.

If anyone shares a post on the app within that radius, you’ll get a notification on your phone and tablet. Conversely, if you share a post on the app in your radius, your neighbors will also get a notification on their phones and tablets.

You can then on these posts to provide additional information about local issues, give tips to avoid affected areas and share photos or videos to to keep your community updated.
