Connecting Amazon Alexa devices with Ring devices

When you link your Amazon and Ring accounts, you can access Ring device features using voice commands with compatible Alexa devices.

Your Alexa device lets you:

• Talk to visitors at your door

• Get alerts on your device

  .
• Watch Live View from your Ring doorbell or camera

  on devices with screens.
• Arm and disarm your Ring Alarm, doorbells, and cameras.

• Use your Ring Intercom with Alexa devices

Important note: Ring Intercom is not available in the US.

Make sure you’re signed in to the Alexa app with the same Amazon account that you linked to your Ring account. Your Alexa devices won't appear in the list if you activated the Ring Skill with a different account.

Setting up the Alexa app

Download the Alexa app to your mobile device:

• Download the Alexa app from the Apple App Store (iOS devices)
