Guard Response is available in Birmingham, Manchester, Cardiff, and Bristol. When you sign up for Guard Response, your postcode will be checked to confirm that your address falls within our coverage area and is eligible for the service.

1 Compatible Ring subscription required. Video Descriptions, Single Event Alert, and Unusual Event Alert availability limited to mobile devices with select primary languages.
2 Compatible Ring subscription and select devices required. Recognition range and accuracy may vary by device model and environmental conditions. Only available in UK, France, Spain, Italy, Netherlands and Germany.
3 Compatible Ring subscription required. Your Ring motion event videos in the cloud are stored, up to 180 days from recording. Modifying your video storage duration affects only recordings created after the change is applied.
4 Compatible subscription required, sold separately. Package and Vehicle Alerts available for select Ring video doorbells and/or security cameras.
5 Snapshot Capture photos can be stored for up to 14 days in the cloud, depending on your Ring subscription plan.
6 Compatible Ring subscription required for digital arming/disarming and certain other in-app features.

8 Eligible Ring devices are Ring devices covered by an active subscription plan that includes extended warranty coverage, if the Ring device was under the 1-year manufacturer's warranty period at the time you added the device to your plan.

10 Ring subscription required. Opt in to Alarm Calls (formerly Assisted Monitoring) via the Ring app and Ring will automatically call up to three emergency contacts during an Alarm event.
11 Automated Alarm Call-Outs require a registered Ring Alarm and On-Demand Call-Outs require at least one registered Ring Video Doorbell or Security Camera at the location.
12 Guard response provided by trusted, third-party local guard services and coordinated through RSPNDR.
13 Guard Response operatives are not authorised to enter any property or business premises. All patrols are limited to an exterior inspection and perimeter check only. Operatives will not confront, challenge, or detain intruders or individuals engaged in suspicious activity. Where unexpected visitors are present, operatives will identify and log their presence and report findings accordingly.
