Video Event History: How to Download and Share Your Ring Videos
Save, share and replay recorded videos of every doorbell ring, motion event, and Live View event for up to 180 days.
Reviewing previously recorded video on your Ring cameras and doorbells requires a Ring Home subscription.

How to download your Ring videos
You can download one video at a time from the Ring app, or download up to 50 videos at a time in bulk from your account on Ring.com.
From a web browser:
- Go toHistoryand selectManage.
- Select the videos you want to save.
- SelectDownload.
- You may need to re-enter your password.
Videos are time stamped and downloaded to your computer as a .zip file. Once unzipped, each .mp4 file can be opened and viewed individually.
From the Ring app:
- Go to the menu.
- SelectHistory.
- Scroll to the video you want to share, then tap more.
- SelectSharethen download. A pop-up screen will appear.
Sharing your Ring videos
From a web browser:
- Go toHistory.
- Select the video(s) you want to download or share.
- Share a video– Select shareand choose destination.
- Download a video– Select download. To download up to 50 videos at once, go to your Event History and select Manage.
- Favorite a video– Select the star icon.
From the Ring app:
- Go to the menuand selectHistory.
- Scroll to the video you want to share, then tap more.
- TapSharethen select a destination.
Share your videos with the Ring team

From a web browser:
- Go toHistory.
- Select the video you want to share with us.
- SelectShare.
- SelectEmail.
If you see a video that you feel might be a problem, follow the same steps as listed above but on the final step, send the file to support@ring.com.
