Canceling Your Ring Subscription Plan
You can cancel your Ring subscription in your account at Ring.com. If you cancel your Ring subscription, your subscription plan will terminate at the end of your billing period and will not renew. You will retain your plan benefits until the end of your billing period. Refunds are not available for Ring subscription cancellations unless required by applicable law.
Before your subscription plan ends, download any videos you want to keep.
When your plan ends, you will lose access to all of your recorded videos. To save any videos, you must download them before your plan ends.

2. Select “Plan” on the top menu.
3. Select the plan you want to cancel.
4. Confirm cancellation.
