Ring subscription plan changes starting January 14, 2026

Ring Home plans were renamed Ring Protect plans on January 14, 2026. Your subscription automatically transitions to your new plan, and you keep the same features.

Your videos and settings are not affected by this change. To view your billing details, sign in to your account on ring.com and go to Account > Billing History.

Understanding subscription changes by plan

If you had a Home Basic plan

Your plan name is now Ring Solo.

Your plan name is now Ring Multi.
