How to charge your battery

When you remove your battery to charge, the Ring app won’t show the device's updated battery percentage until the battery is reinserted and your device is reconnected to wifi. If the battery charge is below 20%, it can take 5 to 10 hours to fully recharge depending on whether the USB cable is plugged into a USB port or into a wall outlet..
