Contact Sensor (2nd Gen) is looking for the Base Station.

Red circle light on for three seconds: Pairing failed
Contact Sensor (2nd Gen) is not communicating with the base station.

Green circle light flashing quickly: Trying to connect
Contact Sensor (2nd Gen) is communicating with the base station.

Green circle light on for three seconds: Paired successfully
Contact Sensor (2nd Gen) has connected to the Base Station.

Green circle light flashing one time: Triggered (opened or closed)
The door or window that the sensor is on has been opened or closed.

Red circle light flashing three times quickly: Tampered

Red circle light on for three seconds: Removed

Outdoor Contact Sensor is connected to the Base Station.

Green setup light flashing for 10 seconds, followed by a red light for three seconds: Factory reset
Outdoor Contact Sensor has completed a factory reset.

Solid green circle light on for three seconds: Successful firmware update
Flood & Freeze Sensor (2nd Gen) or Sump Pump Monitor has successfully updated firmware.

Green circle light flashing quickly for 10 seconds while holding the reset button: Factory reset in progress
Flood & Freeze Sensor (2nd Gen) or Sump Pump Monitor is performing a factory reset.

Solid red circle light for one second: Factory reset complete
Flood & Freeze Sensor (2nd Gen) or Sump Pump Monitor has completed a factory reset.

Green circle light flashing for up to five minutes: Firmware update mode (post-registration)
Flood & Freeze Sensor (2nd Gen) or Sump Pump Monitor is in firmware update mode with Bluetooth Low Energy (BLE) turned on via the setup button or cloud command.

Alternating red and green circle light flashing: Firmware update in progress
Flood & Freeze Sensor (2nd Gen) or Sump Pump Monitor is updating firmware.

Red circle light flashing for one second: Firmware update failed
Flood & Freeze Sensor (2nd Gen) or Sump Pump Monitor failed to update firmware.

Red circle light flashing once: Low temperature or water detected
Flood & Freeze Sensor (2nd Gen) or Sump Pump Monitor has detected the temperature drop below 40°F or water is present.

Blue circle light flashing three times: Battery in, network not found
The battery has been inserted, but Flood & Freeze Sensor (1st Gen) can't find the network.
