Managing your AI features

AI Features is a menu option found in the Ring app, that allows you to manage these AI features for Ring doorbells and cameras:

  • Familiar Faces (beta)

  • AI Video Descriptions and Single Event Alerts (beta)
    2
  • Ring Smart Video Search
    2

AI features are available with an eligible Ring subscription.

Manage your AI features

  1. Open the Ring app to the main dashboard.
  2. Tap the
    menu (☰)
    .
  3. Tap
    AI Features
    .
    • If prompted, read and then consent to using the AI features.
  4. Toggle each AI feature on or off.
    • To turn all Main Features on or off, tap
      Turn On All
      or
      Turn Off All.
  5. Tap
    Manage Devices
    for any enabled AI features to manage that specific feature.
