Fixing Ring Skill issues in the Alexa app
After you've found the Ring Skill , tap Enable . Alexa will ask you to log in to your Ring account. If you don't know your Ring password, learn how to reset your password . After you sign in , the Ring Skill will be linked to Alexa again, and you’ll be asked to discover devices. Tap Discover Devices . All your Ring devices should appear and be connected to Alexa automatically. If you don't want Alexa to integrate with a particular Ring device, select the device and tap Forget on the right side.
