Troubleshooting

Wired Doorbell Pro

Wired Doorbell Pro requires that your transformer supply 16-24VAC (50/60 Hz, 30-40VA) to activate or use Package Alerts. If you have a lower-power transformer, you may need to change your transformer to get Package Alerts.
