What's Covered in Ring’s Device Theft Protection Policy

• Lifetime theft protection covers all Ring doorbells and cameras
• Coverage for vandalism
• Applies to device that were previously setup in the Ring and installed
• Ring devices must be active on your account

What's Not Covered

• Ring Alarm, Smart Lighting and accessories
• Ring devices purchased from a third-party seller or other online marketplace like eBay.
• If your Ring device was lost or stolen in transit before setup and installation
• If your Ring device was delivered to the incorrect address
• If tracking information shows as delivered, but you did not receive it.
• If your Ring device was delivered, and was stolen before you retrieved it.
