Update the payment method for your Ring subscription
Add, change, or remove payment information for a subscription plan by signing in to Ring.com. Payments cannot be updated in the Ring app.
Things to know
- A Ring account might only have one subscription payment method on file.
- If you have a valid payment method on file, all subscriptions will be charged to that payment method.
- Adding a new payment method doesn’t subscribe you to a plan.
- Only the account owner can update or remove a payment method on Ring.com.
- You can pay for your subscription plans with any debit or credit card. Ring does not support the use of gift cards for subscription purchases..
- You can also pay with the use SEPA (Single Euro Payments Area) which allows secure bank transfers in euros between European accounts..
Add a new payment method on Ring.com
- TapAccount,thenControl Centre.
- TapAccount Management.
- Scroll down to Payment Method and tapAdd New.
- If necessary, select your country or region and verify or update your address.
- Enter your payment information and tapSave.
Update your payment method on Ring.com
- ClickAccount, thenControl Centre.
- ClickAccount Management.
- Scroll down to Payment Method and clickManage.
- ClickAdd Newto replace your payment method.
- Credit Card Payment:Fill in the required fields for the Card number, expiry date, and security code, then complete the authorisation through your online banking service.
- SEPA Direct Debit:Enter your IBAN (International Bank Account Number), provide your email address for payment notifications, then complete authorisation through your online banking service.
- Payment authorisations might show an amount of 0€. This is only to validate your credit card and does not represent an actual charge or payment amount.
- SelectChange For All Plans.
- If you leave this page before saving your new credit card information, your payment method will be deleted. A missing payment method may cause your subscription to expire, and all your recorded videos to be permanently deleted.
- Enter your payment information and tapSave.
A green confirmation banner at the top of the page will appear with new payment details or the SEPA mandate number. You will also receive a confirmation email in your inbox.
