Subscribe to a Ring Home plan

Ring subscription plans unlock premium features for Ring products. With a Ring plan, your Video Doorbells and Security Cameras can record and save video with Video Event History, for up to 180 days¹, so you never miss an important moment.

Ring plans also include a 10% Ring subscription discount on select Ring products purchased on Ring.com² (US, Canada, UK, EU, Australia or New Zealand).

How to subscribe to a Ring plan

1. From a web browser,

   sign in to your Ring account

   .
2. Go to the Ring Plans tab.
3. Select

   Subscribe

   , then choose a plan and the devices you want coverage for.
   • Select a monthly or annual payment option.
   • Enter your payment information and check out.
   • Review your order and select

     Purchase

     .

You will receive a confirmation email for your subscription purchase. Your subscription will automatically renew and continue until you choose to cancel it, which you can do anytime from your account on Ring.com. Learn how to cancel your Ring plan.

Transferring a plan from one device to another

If you have a Ring Home Standard or Ring Home Premium Plan, any new Ring device set up at the subscribed location will automatically attach to the plan.

If you have a Ring Home Basic Plan, you will need to cancel the Home Basic Plan attached to the previous device and subscribe the new or replacement device to a new plan.

Adding a new device to an existing plan

Log into your account on Ring.com:

1. Tap the plan tile.
2. Select the

   Unsubscribed Devices

   you want covered.
3. Tap

   Subscribe

   .
4. Choose a location.
5. Choose a plan.
6. Choose a payment plan (monthly or annual).
7. Review your order.
8. Enter your payment information and check out.

Upgrading your subscription

To upgrade your plan:

1. From a web browser,

   log in to your Ring account

   .
2. Go to the Subscriptions tab.
3. Select Upgrade and choose from the options to upgrade your plan.

Note: When you upgrade, you will be charged the full amount for your new plan and receive a pro-rated refund for your old plan, based on the amount of time left on the plan.

Eligibility for subscribing to a Premium plan

In order to subscribe to Ring Home Premium, you must have at least one 24/7 Recording-eligible camera. This includes:

• Indoor Cam (2nd Gen)
