To view videos from all your Ring Video Doorbells and Security Cameras, sign into your account on Ring.com or download the Ring mobile app. You can also bulk download up to 20 videos at a time on Ring.com.

Does this change affect the Ring mobile app?

No. This change only applies to the Ring desktop app. The mobile app will not be altered or impacted by this change.
