Changing the phone number on your Ring account

If you recently changed your phone number, you can update the number associated with your Ring account from Control Center in the Ring app, or at Ring.com. You can also update your email address, name or password from Control Center.

Receive your verification codes via a different phone number when signing in.

To change your phone number in the Ring app:

1. Tap the

   menu

   (☰) on the top left.
2. Tap

   Control Center

   on the side menu.
3. Tap

   Account Management.
4. Tap update next to the detail you want to change (phone, email, name, password).
5. For your security, you may be asked to verify your account.
6. Tap

   Save.

To change your phone number in your account at Ring.com from desktop or a mobile browser.

1. Log in to your account

   at Ring.com
2. If you're on desktop: Select the

   Dashboard

   home icon at the top, then

   Account.
3. If you're on a mobile device, tap the top menu

   (☰).
4. Scroll to

   Control Center.
5. Under

   Account Management

   select

   Update.'
6. Change the information and select

   Save.
7. For your security, you may be asked to verify your account.
