Changing the phone number on your Ring account

If you recently changed your phone number, you can update the number associated with your Ring account from Control Centre in the Ring app, or at Ring.com.

Receive your verification codes via a different phone number when signing in.

To change your phone number in the Ring app:

1. Tap the

   menu

   (☰) on the top left
2. Tap

   Control Centre

   on the side menu
3. Under

   Account Control

   , tap

   Account Management
4. Under

   Personal

   , tap

   Update

   next to your Phone Number
5. For your security, you may be asked to verify your account
6. Type in your new phone number and tap

   Save

To change your phone number in your account at Ring.com:

1. Log in to your account

   at Ring.com
2. In the top menu, hover over the Account icon, and click

   Control Centre
3. Under

   Account Control

   , click

   Account Management
4. Under

   Personal

   , click

   Update

   next to your Phone Number
5. For your security, you may be asked to verify your account
6. Type in your new phone number and click

   Save
