Subscribe to a Ring Home Plan during your free trial

You can subscribe to a Ring Home Plan during or after a free trial¹. This article explains how to subscribe on ring.com. Currently, subscription changes can't be made through the Ring app. See Ring Home Subscription Plans for more information.

When the trial period ends, your videos will be deleted unless you're already subscribed to a Ring Home Plan for that location. To keep videos beyond your trial, subscribe to Ring Home, which allows videos to be stored in the cloud temporarily, for up to 180 days. Changing your video storage time will only affect videos that are recorded after you adjust your storage time setting.

Subscribe to a Ring Home Plan during your trial

1. Using a web browser, log in to your

   My Plans

   , select the Location you want to subscribe to.
3. Select

   Subscribe

   .
4. Choose the Ring Home Plan that suits you best.
5. Select

   Continue

   .
6. Review the devices that will be covered and select

   Subscribe

   .
   • Ring Home Standard, Ring Home Premium, and Virtual Security Guard plans will cover all cameras at a location.
   • If selecting Ring Home Basic, each device requires its own separate plan. Select all devices you want to subscribe to.
7. Choose a monthly or yearly plan payment option.
8. Follow the on-screen instructions to enter your payment details and complete your subscription purchase.
