Cancelling your Ring plan

You can cancel your Ring subscription from your account on ring.com. If you cancel your Ring subscription, your subscription will terminate at the end of your billing period and will not renew. You will retain your plan benefits until the end of your billing period. Refunds are not available for Ring subscription cancellations unless required by applicable law.
Before your plan ends, download any videos you want to keep.
When your plan ends, you will lose access to all of your recorded videos. To save any videos, you must download them before your plan ends. Learn how to download your Ring videos.
How to cancel your Ring plan on ring.com
- SelectPlanon the top menu.
- Select the plan you want to cancel.
- Confirm cancellation.
Refund policies
If you’re eligible for a refund, the refund amount will be returned to the payment method on your Ring account. Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to process.
- If you no longer have the debit or credit card that was on the Ring account, contact your financial institution for instructions on how to receive your refund.
- If you paid with SEPA and it has been more than 180 days since your payment, please.
