Your Smoke and CO Listener relies on the sound waves from your smoke/CO detector. For smoke detector issues, contact the manufacturer. For proper sound detection:

  • Mount the Listener 3-6 inches away from your existing smoke/CO alarm.³
  • Point the arrow on the Listener toward your smoke/CO alarm.
  • Check that your smoke/CO detector is 10 years old or less and complies with all applicable standards.²
