Linking your Ring and Amazon accounts

You can link your Ring and Amazon accounts to unlock features, including Ring Alexa Skill, Amazon Key In-Garage Delivery, and a 10% discount on select Ring products at Amazon.com (US only) with eligible Ring Home subscription.

Ring and Amazon may use this data for improving products and services, marketing, advertising, and analytics, and as otherwise described in Ring’s Privacy Notice and Amazon’s Privacy Notice.


Follow these steps in the Ring app to link your Ring account to your Amazon account:

  1. Open the Ring app to the main dashboard.

  2. Tap the menu (☰).

  3. Scroll down and tap
    Amazon Account Linking
    .
  4. Tap
    Link
    under Link Amazon Account.
  5. Enter your Ring account password.
  6. Tap
    Agree
    and
    Continue
    .
  7. Enter your Amazon account email and password, and tap
    Sign in.
    • Amazon may ask to verify your account by text or email with a confirmation link. Tap the link to verify.
  8. Your Ring and Amazon accounts are now linked.

Note: Only one Ring account can be linked to an Amazon account at a time.


Follow these steps in the Ring app to unlink your Ring account from your Amazon account:

  1. Open the Ring app to the main dashboard.

  2. Tap the menu (☰).

  3. Scroll down and tap
    Amazon Account Linking
  4. Under Link Amazon Account, tap
    Unlink
    .
  5. Tap
    Continue
    to confirm any Echo devices will be unlinked.
  6. You may be logged out of your Ring account on your device. If so, log back in using your email and password.
  7. Your Ring and Amazon accounts are now unlinked.
