Returns in the United States
Refund Policy
You have 30 days from the ship date of your order to request a full refund. There are no charges for returns within the 30-day return period.
Returning your Ring device
- Find your order number:Look for a confirmation email from Ring or log in toto find your order number.
- Order numbers that begin with004(e.g., 004-1234567) please.
- Print your return label.Once your return request is completed, you will receive an email including a prepaid shipping label and packing instructions. The shipping label will also be available for you to print directly from the site.
- Track your return:After completing the return process, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking link to monitor your package.
Refund processing time
Once your product(s) are received, refunds will be processed to the original payment source within 7 to 10 business days.
Returns for items purchased outside of Ring
Ring can only process returns for products purchased through Ring.com. Items bought from Amazon or other retailers must follow their respective return procedures.
Returns outside of the United States
You have 30 days from the date you received your item(s) to request a full refund. To return your item, please contact Customer Support to request a return label. This label lets you return the item(s) to us free of charge, as long as the return originates from the same country where we delivered.

Warranty replacement returns
If your device is outside of the 30-day return window and is not operating as expected, you can contact Customer Support to confirm if it is eligible for an in-warranty replacement. If your Ring device qualifies for a replacement, here’s what will happen next:
- Replacement order processing:Customer Support will submit your order for a replacement device.
- Returning your original device:
- For customers located in the United States, a return shipping label will be attached to the email.
- For customers located in Europe, the shipping label will be included in the box with your replacement device.
You will receive an email 24-48 hours after the replacement order is processed with instructions for returning your device. - Receiving your replacement device:Your replacement device will be shipped to you within several business days. You will receive an email with tracking information once the order has shipped.
Note: Ring devices outside of the one-year manufacturer's warranty and any other subscription extended warranty options are not eligible for replacement. View the Ring warranty here.
