Manage your notifications via Message Center

Message Center in the Ring app helps you stay informed and take action on important notifications across all your locations.

Accessing Message Center

Make sure your Ring app is updated to the latest version.

1. Open the Ring app.

2. Tap the menu (☰).

3. Under

   Account

   , tap

   Message Center

   .

Message Center features

• View low battery alerts and device health statuses under the

  Action Required

  tab.
• View informational notifications about permissions updates and changes under the

  Messages

  tab.
• Identify and resolve issues quickly without checking devices individually.
• The number badge on the

  Message Center

  tab indicates the number of outstanding unread messages and updates automatically as you read messages or resolve issues.
