Ring App SOS - False Alarm Tips

You can use SOS to request help in the event of an emergency situation using the Ring app. 

Before you use it, please read this carefully.

• An SOS alarm can only be canceled by answering the first call from our monitoring center. You can’t cancel an SOS alarm from your Keypad or the Ring app.
• If you SOS in your camera Live View, please try to visually confirm that it’s a real emergency before your trigger SOS.
• If your burglar alarm is already going off and you are unable to visually confirm an emergency, do NOT use SOS. When the monitoring center calls, you can tell them exactly what kind of help you need.
