Remounting Outdoor Cams and Stick Up Cams to fix rotated view

If the view from your Outdoor Cam or Stick Up Cam is upside-down, inverted or rotated, your camera is most likely not in its ideal mounted position. These devices have a fixed-view orientation and must be installed in an upright position. Scroll down to the section for your Stick Up Cam model, and follow the steps to remount it correctly.

Outdoor Cam Pro and Outdoor Cam Plus

Your camera has two mounting options depending on which slot you attach the universal mount to.

Mounting steps

  1. Use a screwdriver to remove the universal mount base.
  2. Remove the rubber plug from your chosen slot.
  3. Attach the base to the slot, using the screwdriver to secure it.
    • Make sure the UP arrow on the base is pointing upwards.

If you need the camera to look further down, rotate the base so the longer side faces the front and tilt the camera down to your preferred angle.
