Troubleshooting account verification when signing in to Ring
You might experience issues receiving your verification code when logging in to your Ring account. If you do not have access to your text messages or the device that has your authenticator app enrolled, you can generate a code from the Control Center. You can also verify your identity using a government issued form of identification to sign in. Once you have verified, you can set up a passkey for faster sign-in.
Not receiving the text message with a code
If you are not receiving the text message with your code, try these tips:
- Make sure you entered the phone number correctly.
- Check if you are signed in to Ring on any other devices that are receiving your verification codes. If you are signed in on a previous device, you can use it to update your phone number.
