Try Ring Protect Pro 

Eligible customers may receive a free trial of Ring Protect Pro, which includes all features currently available in the plan, plus 24/7 continuous recording1. There is no obligation to use these features, and you will not be charged at the end of the trial.  

  

If you are granted a trial, Video Descriptions2 will be automatically turned on. You can easily turn it off at any time from the Pro Features dropdown menu in the Ring app. 

 

Important note: Some features may not be available in certain states and regions in the United States.

Why did I receive this trial?  

  • This is our way of showing you the latest features Ring has to offer, to keep your neighborhood safe. Explore and enjoy until the trial ends, then you can either go back to your old plan or change to a new one. 

  Will I be charged for this trial?  

  • No. Your trial is completely free for the duration of the trial period. You will not be charged unless you upgrade. If you are currently subscribed to an existing Ring plan, you will continue to be charged forthat subscription during the trial. 

  I'm already subscribed to a Ring plan. If I don’t subscribe to a new plan, will that plan be impacted? 

  • No. This is a free, time-bound trial and does not impact the status of the plan you are currently subscribed to. When the trial expires, your original plan coverage will resume. 

  How do I cancel the trial?  

   If I want to sign up for Pro, how much does it cost? 

  • Protect Pro subscription: $19.99 per month or $199.99 per year 
  • Pro Intelligence add-on: $5 per month for each camera 

  If I sign up for a different plan before the trial ends, when will I be charged? 

  • If you sign up for a different plan, your new plan will take effect immediately and you will start being charged.  

  What features are available as part of this trial? Where can I learn more about how they work? 

  I like the features, but I only want to pay for them on one device. Is that possible? 

  • Yes, you can receive the same features and benefits for a single device with the Pro Intelligence add-on.
