Update Payment Method for a Ring Subscription

Add, change, or remove payment information for a subscription plan by signing in to Ring.com.

Things to know

  • A Ring account may only have one subscription payment method on file.
  • If you have a valid payment method on file all subscriptions will be charged to that payment method.
  • Adding a new payment method doesn’t subscribe you to a plan.
  • Only the account owner can update or remove a payment method on Ring.com.
  • You can pay for your subscription plans with any debit or credit card.
    . We don’t support the use of gift cards for subscription purchases.
  • If you subscribe to a plan during a trial, you'll be charged after the trial is over, unless you are an existing Ring subscriber, in which case you will be billed immediately.

Manage your subscription payment method at Ring.com

    • On a mobile device:
      Tap the menu (☰), then
      Control Center
      .
    • On a computer:
      Tap
      Account
      , then
      Control Center.
  1. Tap
    Account Management
    .
  2. Scroll down to Payment Method and select
    Add
    , or
    Update
    .
  3. If necessary, tap
    Change for All Plans
    .
  4. Enter your payment information and select
    Continue
    .

Your payment method has been saved. Your Ring subscription(s) will be charged to this card from now on.

How to add a new device to an existing plan

Log in to your account on Ring.com:

  1. Tap the plan tile.
  2. Select the
    Unsubscribed Devices
     you want covered.
  3. Tap
    Subscribe
    .
  4. Choose a location.
  5. Choose a plan.
  6. Choose a payment plan (monthly or annual).
  7. Review your order.
  8. Enter your payment information and check out.
