Changing Your Name in Your Ring Account

You can change your name, email address, phone number or password in the Control Center in the Ring app or on Ring.com.

1. Log in to your account at Ring.com.
   • If you're on desktop: tap the 

     Dashboard

      home icon at the top, then 

     Account

     .
   • If you're on a mobile browser: tap the top 

     menu

      

     (☰).
2. Scroll down to

   Control Center

   .
3. Click

   Account Management

   .
4. Click

   Update

   on the information you want to change
5. Change the information and tap

   Save.
6. You may be asked to enter a verification code before you can

   Save

   .

   Help me find my verification code.
7. For your security, you'll be signed out of your Ring account on all devices.
8. Sign in to your Ring account again.
