Ring Alarm products and related services are available in every Canadian province, with the exception of Quebec.

Alarm Professional Monitoring
When you set up a Ring Alarm, you can choose to self-monitor your Alarm system or sign up for a compatible Ring subscription and add Alarm Professional Monitoring.
Alarm Professional Monitoring is a service that monitors Ring Alarm for alarm signals. It can notify emergency contacts and request emergency dispatch.
The Ring monitoring center is a team of trained third-party agents in a secure location who monitor all Ring Alarms 24/7.

Ring subscriptions
Ring subscriptions are optional and can be canceled for any reason. However, without a compatible Ring subscription you will not have access to Alarm Professional Monitoring, Cellular Backup or digital arming and disarming via the Ring app.2
