Cancellations, Returns, Missing Items, and Ring Shipping Policies

How to Cancel your Ring.com order

You can cancel your Ring.com order on your own within 45-minutes of placing it using the steps below. After 45-minutes, cancellations are no longer possible because your order will have been sent to our fulfillment center. Once the order is delivered you can return it for a full refund (Narvar return).

  • If you are outside of the 45-minute order processing window,
    Customer Support cannot cancel the order by phone or by chat
    .
  • If you need to
    change your address
    , cancel the original order within 45 minutes and reorder using the correct address.
  • You cannot remove or add items to an existing order
    , but you can return items once the order is delivered.
  1. On your order confirmation email, tap
    Manage Order
     at the bottom.
  2. You'll arrive at your online order confirmation page. At the bottom, you'll see how much time has elapsed since your order was placed.
    • The time elapsed notice and cancel option may take up to 5 minutes to appear. After 5 minutes, tap
      View Order
      again or
      refresh
      the page.
  3. Once the cancel option appears, you'll see this line at the bottom of the page:
    Orders can be cancelled within the first 45 minutes of being placed. Click here to cancel your order.

  4. Tap the
    Click here
    link in that line to continue.
  5. Begin the cancellation process and cancel your order.

If the cancellation is successful, you'll receive an email notification within 30-60 minutes.

If the cancellation was unsuccessful, it was processed outside of the cancellation window. Find out how to return an order here. 

My order is missing items.

If your order is missing items, it might have been shipped in different packages. Learn how to check your order for delivery updates. 

If all of the packages have been delivered and you’re still missing items, contact Customer Support.

My order shows as delivered, but I didn't receive it.

First, check around your home or business to make sure the package isn't hidden from view. If you still need help after that, contact Customer Support.

What are my shipping options? Do you offer overnight or expedited shipping?

  • For orders under $48.99:
    Standard shipping costs $3.99 and Expedited shipping costs $12.00.
  • Orders $49.00 and above qualify for free shipping.
    The order subtotal must be a minimum of $49.00 to qualify.
  • All Canadian orders are shipped at no cost
    via International Economy, which generally takes five to seven days.  
  • Replacements
    may require an extra 24-48 hours processing time.

When will my order ship?

Most orders ship within 24-48 hours, and you'll receive shipment tracking information.

When will I receive my order?

After your order ships:

  • Standard shipping
    usually arrives in 3-5 business days.
  • Expedited shipping
    usually arrives in 1-3 days.
  • Holiday orders
    may take longer due to shipping delays with the USPS and other carriers.
