Enrolling in Alarm Professional Monitoring

Learn how to enroll in Professional Monitoring. This feature requires a Ring Alarm or Alarm Pro Base Station and an eligible Ring Home Standard or Premium Plan¹ but is not included automatically. After subscribing, you can purchase Professional Monitoring.

Activating Alarm Professional Monitoring

You can enroll in Professional Monitoring using the Ring app or on Ring.com. During enrollment, you'll need to confirm your contact information, location, add emergency contacts, and choose a verbal password.

To enroll using your Ring app:

1. Open the Ring app to the main dashboard.

2. Tap the menu (☰).

3. Tap Settings.

4. Tap Monitoring.

5. Tap

   Professional Monitoring

   .
6. Tap

   I Agree

   to agree to the terms and conditions.
7. Complete the rest of the Professional Monitoring setup.
8. Check your email for a “Welcome to Professional Monitoring“ confirmation and a second email with information about permit requirements for your area.

To enroll on Ring.com:

1. Visit

   Ring.com

   and sign in to your account.
2. Click

   Settings

   in the top navigation bar.
3. Click

   Monitoring

   .
4. Click

   Professional Monitoring

   .
5. Click

   I Agree

   to agree to the terms and conditions.
6. Complete the rest of the Professional Monitoring setup.
7. Check your email for a “Welcome to Professional Monitoring“ confirmation and a second email with information about permit requirements for your area.
