Understanding Ring Alarm Dashboard Alerts

We want to make sure that you know about any issues with the monitoring status of your Ring Alarm. To help you identify if anything needs your attention, we’ve created Dashboard Alerts that provide you with the steps you need to resolve any issues.

If you need more information about a specific Dashboard Alert, we’ve provided the information you need below.

There’s nothing for you to do at this time. Keep a look out for an email from us letting you know when your Professional Monitoring service has been activated, or if extra steps are needed.
