Subscribe to a Ring plan during your free trial

You can subscribe to a Ring plan during or after a free trial.¹ This article explains how to subscribe on ring.com. At this time, subscription changes can’t be made through the Ring app.

When the trial period ends, your videos will be deleted unless you’re already subscribed to a Ring plan for that location. To keep videos beyond your trial, subscribe to a Ring plan, which allows videos to be stored in the cloud temporarily, up to 180 days. Changing your video storage time will only affect videos that are recorded after you adjust your storage time setting.

Subscribe to a Ring plan during your trial

Subscription auto-renews until cancelled.

1. On a web browser, log in to your

   Ring account

   .
2. Under

   Plan

   , select the Location you want to subscribe.
3. Select

   Subscribe

   .
4. Choose the Ring subscription that’s right for you.
5. Select

   Continue

   .
6. Review the devices that will be covered and select

   Subscribe

   .
   • Ring Multi, Ring AI Pro, and Virtual Security Guard plans will cover all cameras at a location.
   • If choosing Ring Solo, each device requires its own separate plan. Select all devices you want to subscribe.
7. Choose a monthly or annual plan payment option.
   • Virtual Security Guard is only available as a monthly subscription.
8. Follow the on-screen instructions to enter your payment information and complete your subscription purchase.
