Subscribe to a Plan After Free Trial

You can subscribe to a Ring Home Plan during or after a free trial¹. This article explains how to subscribe on ring.com. At this time, subscription changes can’t be made through the Ring app. See Ring Home Subscription Plans for more information.

When the trial period ends, your videos will be deleted unless you’re already subscribed to a Ring Home Plan for that location. To keep videos beyond your trial, subscribe to Ring Home, which allows videos to be stored in the cloud temporarily, up to 180 days. Changing your video storage time will only affect videos that are recorded after you adjust your storage time setting.

Subscribe to Ring Home during your trial

1. On a web browser, log in to your

   Ring account

   .
2. Under

   My Plans

   , select the Location you want to subscribe.
3. Select

   Subscribe

   .
4. Choose the Ring Home Plan that’s right for you.
5. Select

   Continue

   .
6. Review the devices that will be covered and select

   Subscribe

   .
   • Ring Home Standard, Ring Home Premium, and Virtual Security Guard plans will cover all cameras at a location.
   • If choosing Ring Home Basic, each device requires its own separate plan. Select all devices you want to subscribe.
7. Choose a monthly or annual plan payment option.
8. Follow the on-screen instructions to enter your payment information and complete your subscription purchase.
