Sign up for Alarm Calls

To get Alarm Calls¹ for your Ring Alarm, you need to complete these 3 steps.

Step 1: Sign up for a compatible Ring subscription

Visit ring.com, log into your account, and sign up for a Ring subscription. Please note that you’ll need to have at least one Ring device, such as your Ring Alarm Base Station or a Ring camera set up on your account. Learn more about Ring subscriptions.

Step 2: Set up Alarm Calls

Subscribing to Ring plan does not automatically enrol you in Alarm Calls. However, it's easy to complete your Alarm Calls setup. We’ll ask you to confirm a few details and let us know who we should contact in an emergency.

To enrol using the Ring app:

1. Open the Ring app
2. Tap the

   Menu
3. Tap

   Settings
4. Tap

   Monitoring
5. Tap

   Alarm Calls
6. Tap

   I Agree

   to agree to the terms and conditions
7. Complete the rest of the Alarm Calls setup, then check your email

To enrol online:

1. Visit

   ring.com

   and log into your account
2. Tap on

   Settings

   in the top navigation
3. Tap

   Monitoring
4. Tap

   Alarm Calls
5. Tap

   I Agree

   to agree to the terms and conditions
6. Complete the rest of the Alarm Calls setup, then check your email

Step 3: Check your email

If you’ve successfully completed your enrolment, you’ll receive a “Welcome to Alarm Calls” email.
