Activating 24/7 Professional Monitoring

You can enroll in 24/7 Professional Monitoring using the Ring app or on Ring.com. During enrollment, you'll need to confirm your contact information, location, add emergency contacts, and choose a verbal password.

To enroll using your Ring app:

1. Open the Ring app to the main dashboard.

2. Tap the menu (☰).

3. Tap Settings.

4. Tap Monitoring.

5. Tap

   Professional Monitoring

6. Tap

   I Agree

   to agree to the terms and conditions.
7. Complete the rest of the 24

   /7

   Professional Monitoring setup.
8. Check your email for a “Welcome to Professional Monitoring“ confirmation and a second email with information about permit requirements for your area.
