Managing Alarm alerts in the Ring app

Customise the alerts you receive at home or away by turning Alarm alerts on or off in the Ring app.

Turning on email notifications in the Ring app:

1. Open the Ring app.
2. Tap the

   menu (☰)

   .
3. Tap

   Settings

   .
4. Select

   Alarm Alerts

   .
5. Tap

   Alarm

   .
6. Select the

   Email

   tab.
7. Switch on the

   Email Notifications

   toggle to receive alerts via email.
8. Customise the alerts you want to receive by individually switching on the toggles listed under the Email Notifications toggle.

Turning on push notifications in the Ring app:

1. Open the Ring app.
2. Tap the

4. Select

5. Tap

6. Select the

   Push

   tab.
7. Switch on the

   Push Notifications

Turning on email alerts on Ring.com:

1. Log in to Ring.com.
2. Select
