Finding your wifi password
To find your wifi password, check the side or bottom of your wifi router. There's often a sticker that contains the network name and password.
Make sure you enter the password into the Ring app exactly as it appears, since wifi passwords are case-sensitive and have no spaces.

If you've changed your router's default password, try searching on a device that is currently connected to your wifi.
Contact your internet service provider (ISP)
Still can't find your password? We recommend contacting your internet service provider (ISP) or router manufacturer. Sometimes it's as easy as resetting the router to its factory settings.
