Ring subscriptions cover monitoring and video recording services for Ring devices such as Alarm Calls.1

What is Alarm Calls?

Where is Alarm Calls available? 

At present, Alarm Calls is only available to Ring Alarm users in the United Kingdom, Guernsey, Isle of Man, Jersey, Ireland, Sweden, Norway, Finland, Denmark, Iceland, Germany, Austria, Switzerland, Netherlands, Belgium, Luxembourg, France, Monaco, Spain, Andorra, Italy, San Marino, Vatican City, Poland, Greece, Gibraltar, Portugal, Bulgaria, Croatia, Republic of Cyprus, Czech Republic, Estonia, Hungary, Latvia, Lithuania, Liechtenstein, Malta, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, United Arab Emirates and South Africa.

Do I need a Ring subscription to use my Ring Alarm?

No, you will still be able to use and self-monitor your Ring Alarm.

Will my 10% discount from my Ring subscription apply to the Ring Alarm?

Yes. If you already have a Ring subscription, you're eligible for a 10% discount on the Ring Alarm system.

I just purchased a Ring Alarm system and I already had a compatible Ring subscription. Does my plan now cover the 24/7 monitoring plan for the new Ring Alarm system?

Yes. You will be automatically signed up for Alarm Calls at no additional charge.
