Finding your Video Doorbell or Security Camera model in the Ring app

Get the right accessories for your Ring Video Doorbell or Security Camera by finding out the name of your model if necessary and using the lists below to check compatibility.

If you have already set up your doorbell or security camera in the Ring app, you can find the model name by going to Device Health page of your app:

    menu (☰)
  2. Tap
    Devices
  3. Select your doorbell or camera
  4. Tap
    Device Health
  5. Look for
    Device Details
    • Your
      Product Name
      is under Device Details

Follow the instructions at the top of this article to find out which Ring Video Doorbell you have in the Ring app.

If you do not see a certain accessory listed for your doorbell, that product is not available for the particular model of doorbell you have.

If you purchased your doorbell prior to 2020, you have the 1st Generation model.
