Standard power or PoE Your first consideration when choosing where to place your Stick Up Cam is how you're going to power it. Your Stick Up Cam Wired comes with a new feature called "Power Over Ethernet" (PoE) that allows your camera to draw power from its Ethernet connection. We recommend that the PoE adaptor is used to power your Stick Up Cam Wired when used outdoors. The adaptor itself must be used indoors, with the supplied Ethernet cable used to connect to the camera.
