Adjusting the Brightness for Camera Lights in the Ring App

Is the light on your Ring device too bright or too dim? You can change the Light Settings in the Ring app.

Changing the brightness for the light on your Ring device

For Security Cameras:

1. Open the Ring app to the main dashboard.
2. Tap more (•••) on the camera you want to access.
3. Tap your device's Settings.
4. Tap the Device Settings tile.
5. Tap

   Light Settings

   .
6. Tap

   Light Brightness

   .
7. Adjust the light brightness setting with the slider.
8. Tap

   Save

   when done.

Turning lights ON or OFF manually in the Ring app

For Security Cameras:

1. Open the Ring app to the main dashboard.
2. Tap more (•••) on the camera you want to access.
3. In your device's control panel, tap the

   Light

   icon to turn on or off.

Turning lights ON or OFF for cameras while using Live View

1. Open the Ring app to the main dashboard.
2. Tap on the camera preview tile.
3. Tap to Go Live
