Two-step verification

Whenever a code is required when signing-in to Ring, we require a six-digit verification code. This helps us verify your identity.

Many online accounts today offer two-step verification features to help protect your account against malicious actors. We strongly recommend you enable this feature for all your online accounts.

At Ring, you can choose how you want receive your verification codes: by text message to a phone number you provide, or you can generate a code in an authenticator app on a device you enroll in your Ring account.

In Control Centre under Account Verification, you can choose your two-step verification method, change your verification phone number and generate a temporary verification code.
